In August of 2024, the church my husband and I were married in suddenly caught fire on a Friday evening. The fellowship hall in the basement, as well as the sanctuary directly above it, was very damaged in the fire. Our community in Sterling, NE, came together and decided to put on a fundraiser to raise money to help rebuild our church, as well as put in a new sound system. My sister-in-law and I decided to work together to create a shirt people could order in support of the church. We ended up raising over $20,000 with shirt sales and the fundraiser!
